Yesterday and today, Method Homes have been installing their latest townhome development project in West Seattle at 2816 South West Genesee St. Showing up in 12 pieces, the modular buildings are being craned onto their foundation.Designed by Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture, each 1,630 sq. ft., 4-Star Built Green tri-level home is a 3-BR, 2.5 bath with an attached garage and rooftop deck.
