This modern farmhouse is classic Napa Valley — laid back and high end. Chimney Rock is a bespoke luxury residence located in the heart of Napa, offering stunning views of vineyards and the renowned Mayacamas mountains.

This primary four-bedroom home, along with a separate guest suite, was meticulously constructed off site by Method Homes in our state of the arts facility in collaboration with Del Mar Restoration who carefully performed all the site work, guaranteeing quality craftsmanship.

At the top of the list of noteworthy features is the custom cabinetry and wine towers. A showcase for Napa’s wine is a must when designing for a vineyard abode. This house also features Hestan appliances, paying homage to the location’s culinary scene.

We always consider the interior space, recognizing that its adjacent outdoor counterpart serves as an extension. It’s established with a cohesion in color palette, complementary textures, and considers inspiration from the architectural style and materials.

This home was designed as a communal space for several generations of family, prioritizing authentic materials and a sustainable approach to both design and construction.

You can prepare dinner while taking in the pool view and engaging with friends.

Expansive glass doors that open to the patio and outdoor dining spaces create a remarkable entertainment area. The various spaces are visually linked, creating the perfect atmosphere for a happy hour.

California dreaming at its finest: There’s a lot to love in this Napa Valley Home, but our eye goes straight to the soaring ceilings, which makes relaxation a breeze. And that’s, as they say, by design.

Everything begins with a vision, and we collaborate with skilled professionals to bridge the gaps. Thank you to Nick Noyes Architecture and Lisa Chestnut Landscapes for their support in bringing this project to fruition.
