Make Ground thoughtfully designed this residence to maximize comfort and embrace the surrounding natural charm. Though the home itself is small, it features expansive views of the Salish Sea, allowing residents to enjoy sunsets and the tranquil coastal atmosphere.

With an open-concept layout, the interior flows from the kitchen to the cozy living area. Large, energy-efficient windows frame the picturesque views and flood the home with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming feel.

The bedrooms are complete with ample storage and picturesque views of the Salish, ensuring a restful retreat at the end of each day.

Outside, the private deck offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Sustainability is built into every part of this residence, with eco-friendly materials and smart home technology integrated throughout.
