The Chimney Rock Project is a modern farmhouse tucked away in the heart of Napa. Nestled between valley oaks and vineyards and overlooking the Macaymans mountains, this home was designed to embrace the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Nick Noyes Architecture designed this home as a communal space for several generations of family, with an emphasis on authentic materials and a sustainable approach to design and construction. The construction process for this project was a hybrid of six modular units blended with the site built vaulted dining and living area completed by Del Mar Restoration. Thanks to this hybrid approach, this project was able to be completed in just one year, from start to finish. We’re proud to share that the Chimney Rock Estate was recognized in the 2025 Residential Design Awards.

The cream and slate color palette and brass finishes provide a sophisticated touch, while the high windows and expansive glass doors bring the valley inside. The various outdoor spaces were intentionally crafted with various activities in mind, from grilling dinner, to lounging in the entertainment area, to spending an afternoon in the pool with friends.

Chimney Rock is filled with thoughtful details, from custom cabinetry fabricated with our longstanding partners at Raedwood, to Hestan appliances providing professional grade performance with a focus on elevated design.
