Set adjacent to the mountain snow fed river winding through the sun-soaked valley, the SVResidence is designed to be a peaceful retreat for everyday living. The exterior features a pre-stained and thermally treated wood and metal siding designed to withstand the environment, ensuring a durable home for decades to come.

The spacious open living area with kitchen, living, and dining area all connected makes the perfect environment for entertaining. The wooden paneled ceiling, large surrounding windows, and cozy fireplace work to further elevate the space and strike a balance between the home’s natural and modern aesthetics.
